The hotel has a great location, being close to many tourist attractions and within walking distance to restaurants. However, my room was not cleaned properly upon arrival and lacked basic amenities. The service was somewhat hit or miss, with helpful staff in some areas but also some snide remarks that made me feel unwelcome. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were definitely some downsides.

Unfortunately, when I checked in, the room was dirty with used towels laying around and it was lacking body lotion. I did appreciate the modern design of the room.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and the rooms were clean and comfy, but I was disappointed with some aspects like the dining options and service. The facilities were decent, but there were a few inconveniences regarding amenities like internet and room makeup.
